Only now reading the other reviews who have also received similar issues. I ordered items online on the 15th January, had confirmation email and payment taken immediately. I am still waiting for my goods, have tried sending emails and not had any response and have also tried ringing the shop with no joy.

Not even one star. Like other reviews I have read, ordered item in stock on website and payment taken out of bank account yet no item sent, no communication, no dispatch noticed. Ordered a dish that was listed in stock received an email to say my order was being processed. Have heard nothing since phones countless times no answer phone just ringing out.Then sent an email and had no reply. money was taken out of my account same day I ordered the item.
