Someone was talking on a loud speaker and walkie talkie.. judging customers and stalking customers treating customers like scum . via walkie talkie and cameras. Avoid. Treating customers like thieves and scum when we was buying presents. Avoid

After an initial purchase, served by very helpful man, l was disapponted on second visit. Two staff ladies having a conversation at cashier desk. I hsd to wait until their conversation was finished, no interaction other than do you need a bag. With respect, perhaps some of your staff should be reminded that without customers there would not be a job will not be revisiting store

I came in this morning and was served by a young man named Joe. His attitude was exemplary and could not do enough to help me. After looking he found what I couldn't. He was friendly and chatty and a great example for other shop workers. What an asset to this store he is. I just hope his managers read this and compliment him on his excellent service.

Today visited regatta in Llandudno- Nick thanks for your help, assistance with purchasing walking boots. Nick also went above and beyond to ensure I got the blue light discount on my purchases. Thanks!

Whilst away in Llandudno popped into this store looking for walking coats. A lady called Claire asked if we needed help and was extremely knowledgeable about the coats and was exceptionally helpful for novices like us. Nothing was too much trouble. Purchased 4 fleeces and walking coat, great sale prices. First class service Claire. Thank you.

Called in to look for jackets for myself and my partner, the shop was lovely and tidy and well laid out, we found exactly what we wanted. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, will definitely be calling in again
