Booked this hotel for 3 nights over the Christmas period for my husband & myself...wasnt cheap ...but time of year expected it... got there had no choice but to have the Christmas set meal at £50pp.(no other food as an option). the food was horrific ...4 courses each course wasnt enough to feed a 2 yr old... at a push £10 worth for both of our meals..which also was cold... how they can justify charging this is beyond me ...to top it off an extra £20 pp for a cold buffet as the evening meal... no sandwiches no sausage rolls.. no bread just bit of meat n bit of salad... again not worth nothing... disgusting... thought we'd try somat different at Christmas...thanks to Queens hotel....wont be doing that again...totally disappointed...disgusted

Beds super comfortable, I would like to steal a mattress! All staff lovely and approachable and do all they can for you even though they?re really busy. They will goOut their way to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Jeff the chef, brilliant cook and all the kitchen staff work hard ! Steve and Rickey great bar service! And Anthony, stop serving me rosé haha! All staff at reception, super friendly and helpful. I?m moving in ASAP if you?ll have me! The queens hotel, great place, great people. I recommend this stay, you will not regret it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the food was really good. The lasagne was huge and full of meat. Breakfast had everything you could ask for in an English breakfast. It's an old building, that could do with a little more modernising, but they're all old buildings along the front of Llandudno and it's in a great position ?

A very nice place to stay. A lovely area, very quiet and pleasant. A great sea view from the hotel.- The room was a bit dated, but lovely and spacious! ... a little bit too cold due to cracks around the window. Small bathroom space, but everything supplied within (Towels, Shampoo, etc).- Bedding was clean, tea& coffee supplied, hairdryer, and wardrobe available.- A slight smelling from piping within the bathroom, but bearable.- Not much space on parking availability.Staff are very helpful.

Upon arrival we'd already read that the on site car park was 'first come, first serve', so arriving around 8pm there was an unlikely chance of getting one. In fact, the car park was really small. However we found a spot to squeeze into outside the hotel on the front, which is free from 4pm until 10am next morning...but a charge of £2.50 for upto 3 hrs or £3:50 for over 3 hours I think It was.Checking In we were greeted with very friendly staff as well as the bar staff who directed us to reception. The room Itself was on the third floor. A lovely bedroom which had a double bed and an attached room with a single bed. I wouldn't say the rooms were immaculate to the four in a bed standards ? But, they certainly were clean enough and very very warm which was nice. In fact, I've probably never stayed in a hotel so lovely and warm before! Slept like a log both nights in the room despite the bed being so noisy and creaky. I'd say some people would say the decor inside is very dated, as some reviews I'd read said, but I think personally it just gave the hotel character. The only cons I'd have to give is that there was a strong smell of smoke outside the room in the corridors? The breakfast and evening meal were lovely. I'm vegan and the woman In the restaurant area, who I will name(Michelle), couldn't do enough to try and accommodate for me! Went above and beyond with her friendliness and help. An absolute credit to the hotel! Would definitely stay here again!

Room 46 avoid if you like your sleep, situated above the bar area the noise of people with raised voices went on until gone 2am,so only got approx 3 hours sleep. The room was pleasant with 2 window's with fantastic sea view. But the carpet was full of bits and dirty very small tv.. the bathroom very dated with hand held shower which was very impractical so had to have baths. The advertised continental breakfast was non existent so had cooked the only hot thing was the plate. Very cheap sausage. No sauces on table toast never arrived asked more than once. VERY DISAPPOINTED as this was supposed to be my 60th Birthday .had we not been forced to pay on arrival would HAVE defiantly reduced the ammount we paid. Will not be going back.

Stayed on 26th to 28th July .staff on reception weren't helpful at all. I left my small bag under dining table at breakfast me and my partner we're last out I went back to dining room for staff to say it was at reception when I looked in bag my money had been taken £60 reception staff said will see manager and look on camera .when I returned all I got back was sorry no camera in dining room will see manager come to your room no one arrived and no explanation of it which made me very angry .?all I can say is don't leave any valuables or monies on show especially the older people who go to this hotel how can staff be aloud to do this ??

Third visit to the Queens Hotel Llandudno and on each occasion have had an excellent meal served by attentive and helpful staff. On this visit would like to commend the tall, slim Male member of the waiting team. Sorry but I did not get your name, you served my wife, sister and her husband and we sat at a window table.Thank you so much for you help

Went for lunch. 20th April. Service bad main nice but had to wait ten min for veg after starting eating. Dessert asked for sticky toffee pud with ice cream came like school dinners with lumpy custard. Daughter asked for the apple pie it came as apple crumble. Chef should know his menu. Want be going again soon.

Big hotel on sea front, little bit dated inside but good sized rooms. A short walk from the main shopping high street with an 'out of town' shopping centre within a reasonable walking distance. Food is excellent, waiting staff very efficient. Entertainment and bingo every night and a social get together on Thursday afternoon between 2pm and 4pm. I would suggest checking the prices before booking.

Stayed here overnight as going to the theatre. Had a basic room. Sadly the wallpaper was peeling off. Bits of wood chipped off the bathroom door. Breakfast was okay some food was hotter than others. Big coach groups in. Staff though very helpful and friendly.
