Staff were really helpful and there was always someone about to deal with any problems. Good breakfast and eggs to order. Had to mark this one down due to the room, we booked an upgrade room, room 5 on the ground floor. It was dark, the window was really a strange set up, you couldn't really see out, it looked onto an alcove with a window, the room didn't look like an upgrade at all. I would advise not to get an upgrade room if you want to look out of a window. Free parking on local roads and it's on the edge of the town centre so quite handy for shops and pubs.Rooms: Don't upgrade if you want a window

This hotel is very popular, and if you stay here you will soon realise why it is clean modern, and in a great location, but above all of that the staff make you feel at home and nothing is to much trouble for them , plus the manager gave me a fiver to put this review on here, ? ? ?Rooms: Very clean and well maintainedNearby activities: Beach,a short walk awaySafety: Safe environmentWalkability: Close to all amenities, flat for walkingFood & drinks: Food good drinks even better

Stayed in a regular twin room for 3 nights in March 2024. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was spotless, lots of space, TV, kettle, tea, coffee, hair drier all available in the room, lots of storage and plenty of plugs. We had a view of the town and the Great Orme from our window. Beds were super comfy - we had 1 double and 1 single bed in the room. The hotel was very quiet so we slept well. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Didn't try the food or drink at the hotel so cannot comment on this. Hotel situated very close to the beach and amenities, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Best Hotel I've stayed in - would definitely stay here again.

Wow what a fantastic hotel. Superb location in Llandudno town centre. Right next to the retail park as well. Our room was a Premier Plus and did not disappoint! Fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, coffee pod machine, ambient lights,.. and super spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful (all of them). Highly recommend staying here.

Best premier inn we have stayed in, the staff are super friendly and go above and beyond and the hotel is spotless.We had a premier plus room and it was an outstanding room great views.It is walking distance into Llandudno town centre and right next to the beach and pierHonestly cannot recommend enough!

Possibly the best Premier Inn I've had the pleasure of staying in.Rooms were clean and spacious. Was put on the top floor which meant it was very peaceful and got a great night's sleep. Thankfully there are lifts for those that don't fancy taking the stairs.Staff were nice and attentive. Only had the breakfast, which is always excellent value.Location was perfect, right in the heart of Llandudno. 5 mins walk from the train station car park (£4 for 24hrs), next door to a decent size retail park, 5 mins walk to the beach front, 10 mins walk from the Great Orme tram stop.Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of staying in Llandudno.

Stopped overnight, was a lovely room with everything we neededWe had a quiet restful sleep, must say they have done a brilliant job with the soundproofing at this hotel, our room was on the first floor (0) overlooking the main road, we could hardly hear the trafficLovely friendly staff tooWe will stop again

We stayed for my daughter?s birthday, after watching a show at Venue Cymru. We had a lovely family room with 2single beds, the breakfast was lovely and Jamie was a very helpful and friendly member of the team.
