Brilliant, so nice to be at a premier inn staffed by adults who care as opposed to the one in the town centre which staffed by kids who treat you as an inconvenience.Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Lovely place, friendly staff. Excellent cooked breakfast and plenty of choice for the continental breakfast. Room was comfy and clean and plenty of parking.

Old style premier inn could do with refurbishment but other than that can't complain. Had a sea view from our room, free parking and free WiFi which wasn't great but did the job. Brewers fayre pub next door for drinks and breakfast if needed.

After booking a previous hotel which was a disaster, and a long day traveling to get to Llandudno, Leah on reception at nearly 11pm really helped us out of a sticky situation, and assured us she would fix the situation for us and made sure we knew where the shops were in the area to get refreshments after the stress of the previous hotel and the bar closing next door.

Relaxing stay over New Year , started with a back room but as we was staying for 4 nights asked for a front sea view room, nothing was too much trouble, it was sorted next morning , all the staff very friendly and helpful especially Tamsin in the reception , who couldn't do enough for us and always had a lovely smile , thank you again Tamsin . The meal deals really good value, breakfast all you can eat , we came away feeling very contented and needing to loose some weight,will definitely be calling in againRooms: Rooms comfortable and spotlessWalkability: Easy walking distance to sea front, a bit further you can have a beautiful walk along promenade to pier or townFood & drinks: Menu plentyfull meal deal good value for money plus all you can eat at breakfast

New Year?s Eve booked table for 5 arrived then ordered food and drinks very supprised only 30% full waited approx 45 mins for our two orders to arrive and sat in shock cold plates bacon wrapped around the chicken still raw chips were cold all five orders just the same so I went to the desk and said this is disgusting cold not cooked so asked for a full refund the waiter came to our table and just looked supprised so he just took a few chips from my plate in his hand and crushed them in his hand and said they were cold so he just dropped them on the table top so he fetched the manager who said he was very sorry and offered a full refund then said this lot will go straight in the bin and can we please cook your 5 meals again as it was getting late we decided to give it a try so waited about 30 mins for the replacement .Unfortunately this was a mistake yes they were hot but my wife could not eat the steak it was full of gristle so we then went to the till and the manager had gone home and was given a food credit not the drinks.We only live a few minutes away from Craigside have used it many times but this is one experience I will never forget so the ratings l find it very difficult to even 1 put of Ten.Unfortunately I did not take my phone as there would be photos on line.Thanks for the most disappointing meal of 2023.John Dean

Firstly, check the bottom of your plate, disgusting. The service was appalling and the food wasn't even cooked properly. How hard is a mixed grill to make?
