I have now been in my property for 2 months now and I can honestly say that I have been really pleased with the whole process. It is my first property and I love the build, finish, customisation and the service I have received.What I was impressed with was that when I brought up few minor snagging issues, these were all resolved promptly and I am very happy with my new build.I also wanted to thank Karen and the rest of the team Oakings, the whole experience has been great.

Bought as a holiday home for me and my family. Exchanging contract in a couple of days. Customer service thus far has been first class and snagging completed in a day or so (only one item outstanding, but outside Oaking Devlopments control). A special thank you to Karen Campbell for being so helpful and resourceful in dealing with all queries raised so far. Internal finishes are pretty good too.
