If you are disabled it?s not for you.when I booked I told them I was disabled and I was not asked If there was anything that I would need help with.you are not allowed to take a walker in the lift,it has to be left downstairs.I can only walk unaided a few yards but no exception could be made, you cannot get into the hotel from the front as it?s all steps.the food was mediocre and I?m sure the potatoes were mashed with water they were very sloppy.the cauliflower I could not cut it was so hard.I would not stay there again.

I haven't stayed a night but I had the privilege to have a breakfast here one morning. The breakfast was fantastic & the service great. Location is perfect on Llandudno seafront within walking distance of all major activities. The hotel itself although old is in great condition & well looked after. Would definitely recommend.

Room was OK. Bathroom tiny water sprayed out of the shower onto the floor and I was unable to adjust it to stop this happening. Had an issue with a coach company filling the lift with cases so we were unable to use the lift to get down to breakfast.

Room with a sea view was the highlight..
Customer service friendly and fast on checking in.
Breakfast was a little disappointing so small and not filling so had to also eat out.. room is a little outdated and feels old.
For what we paid I'd expected a little more to offer for staying over..
Great for retired people as its quiet and easy accessible..

I was a single traveller, but part of an organised tour holiday,
Rooms: A couple of housekeeping issues which were promptly sorted out. I was a single guest, in a "double" room, so I expected to pay a room supplement . The room was a small double, but the supplement was excessive ! A couple of hundred pounds ! The bathroom was clean & a lovely hot powerful shower. but so small ! Due to its size, I couldn't get dressed in the bathroom & I if I was a dress size larger( ie.a 14 -16) wouldn't have been able to get past the sink to access the shower
Nearby activities: Perfect location ! close to beach, shops, train station, short walk to pier & open top bus, Great Orme. Couldn't be better placed.
Food & drinks: Basic menu, adequate variety, all beautifully cooked & hot, excellent service in the dining room, waiting staff friendly & professional .
Noteworthy details: I arrived by train which is a short 10 minute stroll from hotel, but the hotel have their own car park at the rear.

Long weekend with a dance group. The ballroom floor has been extended and stage removed so great improvement. Room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view from the bay window. The food was a huge improvement from last yr. plentiful, well presented and tasty. The staff were pleasant and helpful too. Free car parking at the rear which is brilliant, would benefit from an electric charge point but that?s a minor inconvenience. Location is great in walking distance from most things, shops, pier and cable car to great Orme. Would definitely recommend

We stayed here for the recent scooter rally. Great location with its own car park at the rear.Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff.The breakfast was excellent. We would stay again without any hesitation.
