“My in shop enquiry regarding an adjustment to correct another opticians error was received with polite attention, and an offer of assistance. This attitude was continued with a “have a go” attempt; which is becoming rare. In a few minutes the result was a “can do” resolution; and I left the shop pleased and surprised at the professional and competent service I had received. This far exceeded the response experienced at three other similar shops I had visited, who quickly dismissed the possibility of correcting the error. This includes the originators of the problem. Looks like I “should have gone to” Gareth Roberts; and probably will next time. Definitely recommended.”
