Barred from pharmacy . The pharmacy manager got in a strop because I dared to ask what he was doing to get me my drug . It?s funny how this year , and last year I have had short dispensed & the shortage is never made up where as when it?s my insulin the shortage is given . Anyway Billy big balls has barred me . I?ve been in there once in 20+ years so in effect he?s barred my wife lol . One irritation is they have my wife?s number & yet they let her walk into a packed pharmacy to be told loudly in front other customers . Mind you they were meant to hear as well . Well isn?t he a Billy big balls , piss poor professional approach to customer service tutt tutt .

Medication delivered to my mother, including a spray for her heart condition, without which she can be in severe pain. They FORGOT to deliver the spray and blithely announce they will deliver the next day.... YOUR MISTAKE, SHE SUFFERS !Disgusted with your callous attitude

I had my ears dewaxed this morning by lovely Paula... fabulous service! She explained everything...showed me a video of my ears and I now feel wonderful being able to hear properly ??..thank you so much ?

Awful service. My daughter waited over half an hour for her baby daughter's prescription. The prescription appeared to be ready very quickly but for some reason, ignored. Rude staff! Prefer to go to Boots or Savers.

I?ve been a more happy patient here & @ the old surgery on the prom but the surgery is going to the dogs . The slightest disagreement with reception results in stroppy replies . I waited over a month for my medical notes , my punishment for daring to stand up to a stroppy receptionist . The office manager ? Oh dear me , hoping I never have the need to converse with her again . I shouldn?t have had to complain to the health board to get MY notes . Coupled with a diabetic nurse practitioner from Bangor Hospital patronising me over the telephone my lot is a tad disappointed . No wonder I laughed @ Dr Emmett letter asking me did I want to speak again with the diabetic nurse practitioner . Why so I can be patronised further ? I?d rather chop my leg off .

Have regularly used the pharmacy for repeat monthly prescriptions for my husband myself plus for needful separate scripts too and have found their care to be friendly and helpful. I have much appreciated also their delivery service.

I fully understand why patients may have a different view but for me,in all the years as a patient,never ever have I been treated with anything less than complete respect by Doctors,Nurses and Admin staff. Yes I have had to wait on the phone to get an appointment,yes it is easier to go to the surgery and not everyone can do that but all in all five star plus for me.Would hate to have to move.

The reception is good and Dr Green a great detective and looking after me, thank you. Efficient appointments for tests through difficult times. Yes, prescriptions can be hit and miss with omissions regularly and as I only have 3 items can't understand. Thanks for care.

Monday 26th October 2.49 pm, been trying to get through to the surgery, the phoneline has been constantly engaged since 9.30 am, disgraceful, what a inefficiently run practice this is.

Ridiculous that you can't book a non urgent appointment, a week or so ahead. Not everyone needs an urgent appointment on the day
