Excellent service from Llandudno staff, the opticians and all others. Always very helpful, polite and extend themselves to make sure they do all they can to care for eyesight and give good customer service.

Although the service i had was exemplary for my test & eye scan -I have contacted today (after numerous unanswered calls) to request a till receipt with my name on.I was told they had no email facility to send one out to me & that it could take a while to send it out 2nd class post.What day & age do we live in?

Hi I am trying to get through to make an appointment I it just keeps going onto answer phone which you cannot leave a message don't have Twitter or Facebook or Instagram how else can you make an appointment?

I am an elderly woman disabled I have had great service before you refitted llandudno store my daughter tuck my glasses back as the name Morgan had come off I received a tex to say they where ready my grandson went 40 miles to collect them and they told him appointment only no one answers the phone they have a recording telling you not to leave a message as it does not work very poor service needs a good shake up I have always recommend asda not again I'm sorry

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Always used to recommend Asda opticians. Post Covid I tried to telephone for an appointment but the phone NEVER answered no matter what time of day I rang - always greeted by a voice message which said they were busy and not to leave a message ! Eventually I went into the store to book an appointment - this is a great inconvenience as we live 1 hours car journey away. The 1st available appointment being some 4 months latter, I asked if there was any possibility of a better time - they had given me 17:10 as I'm a carer for my husband who has a disability and that time would make it late for getting home, told the earliest would be a wait of 6 months! Well tomorrow is the day for my appointment only to receive an answerphone telephone message saying the time has been pushed back to 17:40 and if it is not convenient to ring and re arrange, tried the number that came up on my phone that cuts you off, looked on line for the optician's number only to be greeted with the same answerphone message from months ago telling you not to leave a message and to ring back- are they for real !!! If I could give not stars I would. Disgusting way to treat loyal customers.

Just been to asdl opticians to get new glasses tightened but an extremely rude woman cut across me to say I needed an appointment , no customers in and none waiting. Then went to her colleague to slag me off. 2 min job that I would call customer service and when I told her it was only a 2 minute job she had a hiss fit. I'm certain this isn't the first complaint you've had about thi peticular woman. I've always used this place because of the helpful staff . But never again while she's there

No issues here at all, both my daughters have had there glasses from there for years and eldest now transitioning to contacts, would highly recommend.

I tried to book an eye test . I telephoned today which is the 1/1121. The next available date is the end of February 2022. Absolutely disgraceful.

I was made to wait 45mins outside the opticians to make payment for a box of contact lens, not the first time this has happened with the member of staff in question?.. Hopefully the customer care will improve after the refit.

Ordered a pair of varifocals from here which were cheap, but the vision quality was terrible compared to my old varifocals. The staff reluctantly agreed to refund me and only did so after my repeated requests. A waste of my valuable time and petrol

I was searching for some glasses but I couldn't see my reflection as I am so short sighted. The assistant, I think her name was sue, (she also works in b and q), She was fantastic and spent a long time helping me find the right frames for my face. Very honest which is what I needed but kind too. I am really chuffed with the 2 pairs I have now. Thank you, you deserve staff member of the year.
