Came into the shop trying to find the perfect gemstone that I wanted. The staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome while they assisted me in finding the perfect gemstone. They made me feel like a million pounds and left the shop with a huge smile! Definitely will be coming back!

Having been to several other repair shops to repair a fastening clasp and being told the watch would have to be sent away we stumbled across this amazing place. The strap was repaired in a few minutes. This gentleman is very humble but knows his stuff. Thank you
