Customer friendly and highly efficient, ensuring all items are packed and transported safe and sound. Competitively priced. Just as they were when they had Arthur Owen Removals, they have things absolutely spot on! First class service from start to finish.

Thank you all so much for doing our house removal. You have all been fantastic from start to finish - wonderful communiation, excellent work and thoughtfully dealt with at either end. You have all worked so very hard and we are both deeply appreciative of all your efforts. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you all - professional but a personal touch, too. Arranged for Prowen Removals to come and quote on the move from our 4 bed detached house. This was rescheduled twice by Prowens as 'customers needed to collect their belongings'. When the guy did turn up he said he would email through a quote...he did not. 4 days after the visit I sent an online message via their website to remind them about our quote...no response! Rang a day later to be told that it wasn't cost effective for them to move us due to the large amount of gym equipment in the garage (there is one punchbag!?!) then was told she would speak to the boss and get back to us...that was about 2 weeks ago and not heard anything since! Abysmal service!
