When Pound Bakery appeared on our streets in the UK.i found the food to be just okay.On Wednesday 29th May I visited the Mold store and had 3 sausage rolls that were hot.The pastry was fine but the contents looked like something a cat had thrown up.They tasted horrible,and i put all 3 in the bin as I was not going to let my two daughters eat them.Avoid.

Used to be very good but seem to of had a change of staff.Since then store as never been open on time. Says 8am but never see them open before nearly 9 anymoreService has gone down hill rapidly.Counter is usually empty at 12:30Sandwichs are just 3 ham that's itHad a queue of people waiting and you can just see them chatting away in the back area with not a clue there are customers in the store.Used to give benefit of the doubt but it's been like this for a weeks now and they just seem to unhappy to be working

Just ordered from pundbakery. Arrived missing the main items a sausage roll, steak bake. All they can do is refund those items and wedges. No. Those were the main items. If I want what I ordered I shouldn't need to pay another delivery fee. You should have it sent free of charge with an apology. Appalling.

40 % increase on certain things in a year wow. Going to tesco now for meal deal which is far better value

Called in the shop whilst in Mold and my husband spotted his favourite, MINCE PIES for sale on the summer. He couldn?t resist the temptation. They were of reasonable quality and not too expensive. The range of products was varied and the staff very welcoming. Will call in again.

Just went in for a steak bake and a suasage roll. No steak bakes. Lass behind the counter was the most miserable person I've ever met. Just felt like she hated me and the older gentleman before me. Ended up getting a sausage roll the was good, and a cheese and sausage bake which was barely cooked and only had a third before throwing it in the bin.

The staff charge different prices for items. I called in and asked for two cheese on toast and a chicken sandwich ? I was asked for £3.00. I looked at the sales person and glanced at the cheese and toast label that said 2 for £1.50 ? the sandwich was £1.00. I was over charged ? again ? for the a second time in two weeks and was a few weeks ago also ! As this happens regularly, either the staff cannot count up, don?t know the prices, or other ? I wonder who does the cashing up !

What can I say, PB Mold rubbish, 9th time this month no decent hot pasties or rolls, this time only 5 burnt cornish available. Staffs attitude poor. Greggs full range avail same time across road
