What an exceptional lovely bunch of people. The care I have received has been so caring and the genuine interest in my well being was as important as my dental care. The practice has such a lovely atmosphere it put me at ease with each treatment. Thank you

I received a call today cancelling my appointment booked 6 months ago. I was told as I had not ?used the practice ? since 2019 my name has been ? struck off ? and I needed to apply as a new patient . I had been a patient there 1985 and despite repeated attempts to arrange appointment over/after the covid period ( phones were never answered ) , I could?nt get to see a dentist . Now this . As a 70 year old needing checkups & other oral precautionary tests , I feel this treatment by this practice is simply appalling . I shall be contacting my MP and ask is this cavalier dentist owner able to get away with treating loyal patients like this ? Disgusting behaviour .

Since covid they have baerly answered the phone. No check ups. Only basic emergency work carried out. Its a shame such a good dental practice feels they can just neglect their patients. With no explanation.

My wife Michelle, visited today was seen by Hannah , normally nervous my wife was kept calm and treated very well, brilliant job. She was super pleased with both Hannah and dental nurse, receptionist always helpful. Thanks again.

I recently attended Copper Sun for a hygienist appointment and I was treated by Asad and Jo. I do not write many reviews, but I decided to do so this time, as Asad and Jo were very friendly and the treatment was excellent. The visit was as pleasurable as a visit to a dental practice can be.

Waited a year for an appointment then 3 months before I was due to go I got a text saying appointment had to be cancelled. No explanation!

Have been with the practice for several years and have been generally very satisfied until today. I arrived at my appointment time to be told that my appointment was cancelled by the practice but no one bothered to let me know. That was a 10 mile round trip plus the time. If I didn't turn up for an appointment I would be charged but what happens when the shoe is on the other foot? ?

Had a filling and an extraction today. Filling done in 20 seconds - no pain. Extraction done in about 20 seconds - wow, no pain. Raj and his trusty assistant was brilliant. Great treatment. Just, please stop cancelling my children's appointments. They want to see you too!

I have been a client here for many years and tried to make an appointment for a check only to be told that they don't do check ups anymore due to the Welsh government. I have looked into this and if they are partly NHS they are still getting money from the government for this service. Will be contacting local MP about this
