Rekindle small steps project is the best place in newtown for mental health support for young people, no on was ever able to help me like small steps.

Rekindle supports young people aged 16-25 years to improve their mental health and wellbeing. We provide tailored support and therapy to individuals who may be struggling, in order to help them to reach their own personal goals, and to become independent, confident, resilient and healthy.
