They are a decent building supplies but do not take any of their ?recommendations? because they don?t have a clue and will not take responsibility for their mistake! We were recommended a material for our trailer floor. It was used 4 times by a small pony and then gave way. (Could have been a really nasty accident) we told them and they refused to take any responsibility. They told us we hadn?t bought the right stuff (even though they recommended it!) we finally got leeway and they told us we could have the next boards at half price. Went to get them today and guess what we got a whole £20 off - not half price! Even though we had wasted £170 on the last boards. We still had to pay £148 on these. Needless to say we will be taking our business to boys & bodens from now on!
