Delighted with the treatment and care I received from Adnan. The (new to me) procedure for a filling was comprehensively explained to me beforehand and throughout I was asked if I was ok. Very little discomfort during and no problems afterwards.I would highly recommend.

Would highly rate this dentist for all dental needs! They have always gone above and beyond to help whenever I?ve had dental emergencies, and their customer service is great with clear explanations and calm nature during appointments. Their support through my Invisalign treatment a few years ago was amazing getting me the smile I?ve dreamt of for years, and more recently - despite having recently moved away from the area - they were happy to still see me to help with a root canal and crown treatment, which they were able to do at a much more reasonable price than what was quoted to me by my new dentist saving me hundreds of pounds..

Through the Covid pandemic, I could not go to my regular dentist and was referred to MyDentist in Newtown, an hour away from my home. Over a year later, I was considering transferring back to my home town, but the professionalism, telephone etiquette and business methodology at MyDentist Newtown are far better than the practices near my home.I feel that if a company's good at managing a business, patients and communication, and driven by the dentists/professionals at the practice, it is worth staying with them, and I'm willing to drive an hour to the dentist because of such a high service and professionalism you rarely find in the UK.After living in the States for many years, it is refreshing to experience here in Wales the focus on taking care of existing customers rather than only new customers.

Always such a frustrating experience trying to book an appointment here - even after constantly paying for a failed tooth repair front desk are reluctant to offer you a rapid appointment to resolve the problem. I rate the customer interaction with them very poorly. However, the dentists/nurses are very kind.
