Really good garage, even better customer service. Got told by a recovery mechanic we had a turbo issue and it would of cost 900 quid to fix. K's garage managed to save us over 700 quid by finding the actual fault. Super fast service as well the car got taken away and fixed with in a day. Whilst on holiday just outside Newtown my sisters car's coil spring had failed and we needed to find someone to get out to the car to repair but knew it wouldnt get to a garage contacted K's on facebook to ask if we can get it there can they repair it and they said yes, once the RAC attended and diagnosed the problem, we found it couldn't be moved and after liaising with the RAC they agreed to come to the house and do the repair, which was done quickly and efficiently and we were back on the road. You can always tell when people love what they do. There is interest, passion and pride in their work. Not least the drive to provide the best service they can. Great work here, saved me a lot of money because they use actual diagnostic skills and analytical thought rather than just computer equipment and error codes to diagnose. Had I trusted the error codes it would?ve led to a lot of unnecessary waste and expense. Great job.
