Staff are all very professional. I experienced an awful loss of a piece of very precious jewelry, they could not have been kinder. I will treasure the replacement. Thank you Jennifer and the girls.

Been today to buy some gold studs. As usual staff very friendly and helpful. Very rare I walk out without buying something. Have been known to go for a necklace and come out with earings to match, not intending to buy earings. Don't buy my jewellery anywhere else. Unless on holidays and buying a keepsake.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and reasonable prices for resizing and repairs to rings. Had a ring re-tipped and the setting checked, am very pleased with the results, also another ring resized. You can trust them to do a good job.
