Polite on the phone and efficient upon delivery. Howells know where our tank is and fill when we are out. A slip is on the letterbox and we pay on-line. It couldn't be easier.

Poor customer service.

Great service. We were running quite low having just moved in. Quite concerned with supply issues and struggled to make contact with other suppliers. Turns out that they used to deliver here so it wasn't a problem (nobody is taking on new business it seems.Filled the tank up within a week of placing the order.
