I go into Costa in newtown powys 3 or more times a week the staff is always jolly and happy and is extremely friendly they keep the place clean and tidy and the service is remarkably good. Good to sit and do work, very quiet and lots of drink selection. Prices aren’t so great e.g. small iced frappe- £4.15, although it is quite nice.
