Went in to ask about a starter for my bathroom light and left with a chest freezer, lovely chap running the place, very friendly and had lots of time for us, he answered loads of questions for us about tvs and freesat with ease and gave us some great advice. Would recommend to anyone looking but electrical goods big or small

Fantastic selection in the Unit 28, Mochdre Ind Est. Neil Jarman offered sound expert advice and we came away with a new Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.Found some damage but between James and Neil it was all sorted and we had a replacement washing machine in no time at all.Great Service - SUPPORT LOCAL!

Second time buying white goods from BJ's. Excellent service from start to finish. Sales staff helpful in the showroom. Delivery drivers punctual, friendly and helpful. Great value and really pleased with our fridge freezer. Glad we stayed local and didn't use an online retailer.
