Had dashcam hard wired in labour only , sat there waiting, other customers shown refreshments but not one person spoke to me. If i had not walked out for fresh air i would not have known my car was finished, next day wiring fell out of headlining. Not sure if i will go back, possible i will travel to shrewsbury dealer.Not impressed.

I have a Defender 90 which had a small scrape in the paintwork, so I the insurers sent it to Arthurs for them to respray the part. The car has come back with the original part fixed, but with a huge amount of damage from the paint job. I pointed this out to the receptionist at Arthurs before I left the car park and she understood this was from the paint spraying process. However they have now denied any responsibility and are saying the damage must have already been there.This is incorrect and shows the complete lack of integrity at the Newtown site.

Took my black Ford Focus in for an MOT yesterday ready for it to be done today.They called me before closing yesterday to say it was done. I was well happyWent and collected the car today, and found out they had cleaned my car for me.Thank you so much, I highly recommend using this garage. I've been going there for the past 5yrs now

Well thanks for the reply after 2 years posting the other one I did everything was good to begin with until I got a electric car worst car I ever brought the amount of time it was taken back to vauxhall garage to get repairs on in the end I taken it back and got my money back I wonted to go back to petrol so I saw a corsa silver one I liked I thought great there was a few marks that had to get sorted out and they said take it down the following week on weds it was in there at 8.30 morning waited all day for them to tell they didn't have the paint on the shop floor that was it I got rid of the car the went to hyundai and I love my car

Booked a service online via the Peugeot website for a time and date that suited me, had a phone call the next day from the garage to say no availability for the next 3 weeks which is no good to me as I never know that far in advance what shifts I am working, booked else where for a time and date that suits in 7 days

Repair - 2023-Waited 3 weeks for repair to be completed, (I understand the wait for parts) however, no courtesy car offered to find out it should/could of been.-Issue not initially fixed (engine light), so had to take back in almost a week later (as they were too "busy", so no priority there.)-Charged for a second diagnostic check as the root cause was different. (Without being informed of said charge, if the root cause was to be different. Once booking back in, stated "the correct parts had already of been replaced so should be fine.")-Hefty diagnostic charge (after exploring other garages)Staff were otherwise well mannered but lacked proper care throughout.Won't be using again. I'd advise to go elsewhere.

Booked car in for service by phone, which was answered promptly. Receptionist was efficient and offered an appointment within 2 weeks which I accepted. On the day the booking in was swift and the car promised for the time I requested. Collection was straight forward. Paperwork including itemised list of checks and costs of consumables was ready for me. The car had been valeted to a high standard.

Purchased car for 16,000+ all was fine until I washed the car, then heavy scratches from previous owner were visible. Spoke to salesperson who sold me the car and was told all they would be interested in doing would be a compound Buff.Took car back expecting a professional job but after 2nd wash scratches where back again.LAST TIME I BUY A CAR FROM THIS GROUP.WILL BUY A PROFESSIONAL POLISHER AND DO IT MYSELF. IT'S ALL ABOUT PROFITS NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!

Took my Ford Fista ST to these guys since they took on Ford parts and services now Greenhous have gone. We're polite and friendly and respectful from the start of the first phone call. Acknowledged I had some know about cars and that I had found the problems just not able to get them done myself right now. We're happy and swift to book the oil breather pipe part in I needed only had to wait about 2 weeks for the car to actually go in due to safe block booking which I was happy with as the car was stable enough. Also looked at the slow coolant lead issue I had while it was there and gave it a full VHC (Vehicle Health Check) and sorted that issue as well while there. Was all ready for me to go and outside for me when I turned up for it after work even though they completed the work hours before swiftly. Would recommend highly, would go back again should anything serious need attending to again and I am unable to sort myself.

Took a ford c max for service, Laura Oakley was very professional and friendly. 1st class service with a waiting area and all covid protection in place, I would definitely recommend Arthur's vauxhall/ford garage Newtown.
