I picked up a motability car from a dealership down south. I was always told to look after my cars, check the oil and tyres etc, but I wasnt told when picking this car up, that it wasnt necessary and so I accidentally overfilled the oil. I had already been to another dealership, who had given me a right rollocking for touching the vehicle, but they soon realised I hadnt been given the Ford Pass App. Due to the initial tension, and it being a Sunday where they had no one in to help, I tried Arthurs of Newtown on the Monday and the experience was so much better. No judgement, no tension. Asked if I was alright to get to them that afternoon, took the vehicle straight in whilst I waited and sorted it for me. Handed me the keys, and away I went. They were very helpful even when I asked about the tyre pressures, which they said no problem we will check for you and reset them if need be. Thanks guys. Amazing service.Service: Oil change
