We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this venue. Having previously stayed at another establishment several miles away which was quite disapointing this B&B was such a superb. The decor, quality accessories and breakfasts are superb. We will definitely be returning when we next visit family.

Bit surprised the rooms not serviced each day a tag requesting you to let them know if you have run out of coffee does not do it for me as their room rates are not cheap. Breakfast was good and plentiful though

Y Garth is perfectly located, within walking distance, for the Pembroke Coast path and especially the spectacular Dinas Head walk. Preselli hills are also close by, as are several good hostelries for Evening meals. Furnishings and appliances are all top quality in the room, fresh milk and chilled water available in the in-room fridge, boiler for tea and capsule coffee maker complete the beverage facilities. Great choice of ample breakfast, all cooked and presented well, along with cereals, toast and fruit etc. Very well set up for a day out and about in West Wales. Joyce could not have been more welcoming or accommodating, highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying here, for a b&b we thought it was very good. The host is a very nice lady who really can?t do enough for you, bless her she?s very nice.We had a lovely comfortable room with its own on suite, it had everything you needed. A mini fridge with milk, kettle, teas, hair dryer, shower gel etc? our room is as clean and nice. We had parking on site and enjoyed the breakfast. Yes it may have a few flaws but to be honest for a b&b it was excellent.Thank you for our stay ?

Nice location but all the details were missing... from Cat hairs in the food, no parking on site, a bed that is suitable for anyone 6ft or taller and a communal bathroom.Stayed for a weekend, location is lovely and quiet, this establishment looks like it could have been great in its heyday but is missing real detail to be called boutique. It is a regular backpackers B&B with the addition of some very nice cakes and biscuits left in your room on arrival.Very small bed, if you are 6ft or taller then it is not ideal. One of the rooms has a communal bathroom across the hallway. The dining room was not clean, covered in cat hair and had the previous days breakfast still on the table mat. It's more of a travellers B&B rather than a boutique location, there is some lovely decor but the positives pretty much run out there...

Stunning B&B immaculately presented with a fantastic host. This B&B has everything you could wish for and more. Huge breakfast too! An ideal location for exploring the Pembrokeshire coast, St. David's, local gardens and various castles etc. There's a beautiful little beach at Cwm-yr-Eglwys just a few minutes drive away.

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights and for the en-suite it was not expensive, conveniently located outside the major town by only 3 miles was sold out. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean but outdated grandma decor. Breakfast was ok not five star, sorry. Not bad but frozen hash browns and commercial sauce on the eggs Benedict are never 5 star. I can made hallandaise with my eyes closed and this was paste. This place is nice, convenient and inexpensive but more 3 star, a huge stretch to claim 5!

Cat hairs in the butter! Location was fabulous, but we appeared to be an inconvenience as she had family staying.

The building and room decor was lovely however cleanliness could be improved in the breakfast and dining area and in the rooms.A disclaimer should be advised that there are cats/dogs that are there in case of any allergies.Outside area is shared with the hosts family so don?t expect anywhere to sit in the evenings if you wish to relax as no food is allowed in the rooms.Parking is limited as this is also used by the hosts family.Overall good location to visit various beaches in the local area which are only accessible by car.

I had the pleasure of visiting Y Garth as a last minute booking. The host was nothing short of the definition of hospitality. Joyce shines in her establishment and I could not speak highly enough of the B&B. The rooms are beyond what I have experienced previously, true luxury as per the name! The breakfast was equally wonderful. I wish Joyce all the best of success (though she will not need it!)!
