The service given is excellent, the staff in the Chepstow road pharmacy are professional and give relevant and knowledgeable advice. I find the level of advice given as tailored to my complex needs as already stated as excellent and delivered in a way that I feel looked after. Five star service.

We use Well Pharmacy on Chepstow Road as this is our usual pharmacy as we pick up our prescriptions monthly from here.
The staff have always been very help and Geraldine goes above and beyond to ensure that we have no problem with our prescriptions.

Brought some medicine by mistake wouldn?t return them within 20 minutes of purchase and it clearly states on reciept to keep for refund for 28 days.the lady said the receipt was a mistake on there to say that and she would not return my money.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the manager and pharmacist working today 1at May. They went above and beyond to help me get my medication after a complete mess up by surgery and another pharmacy. They did not give up they helped me so much, cannot thank them enough. Considering the emence pressure they are under in these strange times, their customers well being came first.

I am a customer of Wells Pharmacy of 262 Chepstow road Newport Gwent, South Wales. From Friday the 26th to Tuesday the 30th of January, I have been without medication because of lack of communication problems between my doctorâ??s surgery and your branch of Wells. The medication in question is of an importance that it should not be stopped immediately, nevertheless Wells pharmacist should of known this and I have not been offer any emergency supply to tide me over until my prescription becomes available.
I understand that they are a busy pharmacy. I understand about the troubles that may occur through the repeat prescription transfer etc. But when I emphasised to the assistant, in hearing distance of the pharmacist, that it has been 4 days since I my last tablets, I was not offered any other alternative. I was just left in awkward silence. I tried to explain to the assistant that I am beginning to get palpitations and this can be a sign of not taking these tablets, but it felt like a waste of air.
I shouldnâ??t be the one to inform the pharmacist that I may need tablets to see me through until this discrepancy has been resolved. The pharmacist knew the medication I needed and the pharmacist would be in full knowledge of what suddenly stopping this medication entails. I feel alienated, not listened to and like I have been shoved to the sidelines.

Tried getting a gluten free prescription from them, was given some of it back to go to another pharmacy, and either lost or didn't supply one item. Since then used boots down the road.
