Went in today to get an upgrade. Staff couldn't be more lazy and uninterested. I asked to see a particular phone and was told 'yeah it's somewhere out there' didn't even move off his stool to show me. I have been a customer of Vodafone for over 10 years. I left went home and have since took a contract out with a rival network online. Vodafone was alway my goto we have their broadband... Not for long.

I never seen more lazy staff! I have to come in cwmbran to check what was wrong with my contract because in newport the lady told me to ?give more time?, However she didn?t see on the system that my contract has been cancelled with no reason!!!
