The staff behaved disgusting. I will never use their services again. I think the highest leadership needs to revise the people who work there. Terrible.

I visited the Newport store as I was thinking to switch my broadband.The young lady who was trying to give me information was struggling so she asked the store manager to help.My question was about the router as I do have a doorbell and it?s only can work with the 2.4Ghz,so I asked if there router is a dual one so can work with a 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz?She was looking at me like I am an alien/I am foreign anyway/and said there is nothing to do with the router how they work.
So I did realise she has even less knowledge about this stuff than me?.and she was the store manager!
