Had a lovely experience with my eye test and purchasing new glasses. Staff were so helpful and couldn?t do enough for me, only thing is I was looking for larger framed glasses to suit my face shape and would have liked more choices that fitted that. I did find glasses that I am very happy with in the end though!

We had such a brilliant experience at Vision Express. Charlotte (we think she may be the manager) was absolutely outstanding ? genuinely couldn?t do enough for us. She went above and beyond to help, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how helpful she was without ever being pushy, which made us feel really comfortable.
