Walked in here after searching for food as I'm spending the night locally and saw that they advertise 6 pieces of chicken for £9-80 snd I checked my bank account only to find out that they charged me £10-80 so where does this extra £1-00 charge cone from as ot can't be a card fee as tgey didn't say there was a fee.
As for the food, chicken needs a little little bit more cooking time, the batter needs a bit more consistency too it to help it stick better and FAR LESS SALT...gave up as eating as too much salt ...bleerrrg
It is called "False advertising" showing one price on the board upon entry and then charging another price at checkout!

Me and my son just went in at half 8 after a day down Cardiff. My boy wanted chicken strips and I had a donner kebab and both were hot and fresh. Served 10 mins later at the most and the guy who served us was really friendly. These guys will get you fed, and my boy is fussy and he loves their chicken so trust me, that's a seal of approval. Oh, and the donner was tip top.

Literally every item on the menu is delicious, and they're all really lovely people x especially Ali ? honestly my fave food get it every night out ? the fried chicken is like KFC but bigger portions, the pizza is lush the base isn't too thick that it's doughy or to thin that's it's really crispy, right amount of sauce so it's not drowning in it and the cheese is beautiful, the burgers are devine and the lamb kabab is to die for (would literally be my death row meal ngl) 100000/10Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and it's easy access.

Ordered 2 kebabs one small chicken doner and chips, one lamb doner ant chips. Got both lamb (I dont eat lamb as im alergic) plus the large one was cold and chips was really soggy. When we phoned customer service was rude. Giving phone to one another, noone wanted to hear where is the problem. So my partner patiently waited until someone will actually speak with him. And he said that he want chicken donner and explained that i dont eat lamb. Than they say what they cant do that. And what they f**king busy, And manager will phone in 5min. (Yes that is exactly what they said)In 50min we havent received any phone call just delivery came over and dropped another kebab on the floor when my partner seen it he said we dont want it and asked for a refund driver just told him f**k off. After not being happy about not received phonecall and kebab on the floor. We phoned again to speak with the manager. (No manager in the store). We telling what we want our money back and hey again. No, we cant do.. you dint pay by card, you didnt pay by the app. So yes we are very very disappointed. Never again ordering from my used to be favorite kebab shop....

Always order kebabs from here, they are always spot on, meat is always cooked lovely, i love the chilli sauce, spicy just how it should be. Never waited that long for a delivery either.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered kebab not cooked properly,no sauce ,salad was old . Disgusting food . Man over phone very rude hanging up on me and wouldn't send a new one . AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was a regular customer but I won't be anymore there food has gone right down hill comes cold or dripping in grease and by dripping I mean drenched it's disgusting and I paid £11 for a shish mixed kebab and there was literally 6 bits of meat rest was salad absolutely terrible
