“Thank you so much to Zoe Powell who helped us with our booking today (14/09/2023)Not only was she incredibly patient but made the whole process easy.I have a disability and needed to speak with someone rather than book online to ensure my needs were met.Zoe not only went through the process with care and a chatty demeanour but was knowledgeable and when she was unsure instead of fobbing me off with an answer she actually spoke with a colleague to get me the help I required.We, in all, were on the telephone for nearly 50 minutes and she made me feel relaxed, heard and valued.Thank you to Zoe and I hope she realises what a great job dealing with customers with special needs and ones that find organising such things traumatic and she helped me throughoutWe booked to go to Fuengirola in April 2024”
