Visited today due to a puncture.Amazing service from the lads, even got the mechanic next door to fix a connection problem to the battery.Had a good giggle and will definitely return if need tyres etc. Thank you

??????????Well what can I say? Hand on heart the best service I?ve had from anywhere in my 10 years of driving.Picked up a puncture in the midst of nowhere last weekend and the AA man came out and advised the tyre was not repairable, however did apply a temporary seal just to get me home.I visited Trade price and explained what had happened. The lads took my wheel off and did their own checks and advised me that it wasn?t safe to repair and driving on them will risk a blow out. Brand new tyre of what I needed was something out of my budget at the time, and a part worn tyre wasn?t an option due to my car being all run flats and unfortunately with no part worn run flats being available of the size I needed specifically.Anyway, cut story short, Kieron offered me his spare personal tyre he was saving for his car. And I asked why? And he replied ? he didnt want me or my Mrs having a blow out and wouldn?t want anyone to be in that situation?.The price he offered for that tyre, was VERY VERY fair, in fact hard to believe on how fair it was for a high end branded tyre and it being brand new. (I did do the research)My dealing with the lads today at trade price felt more like a friend doing a favour rather than a business doing business.The lad who initially served me ( forgot his name) was also super helpful, honest and his work ethic was great, he wanted to help as much as possible despite it being a cold miserable afternoon and only 20 mins to closing time.Being new to the area too, I wouldn?t look elsewhere for anything car/tyre related and will 100% return.I recommend anyone to use these guys, and wish the business the best ever.

Need help an advice this morning with a damaged tyre. Called in and with only a small wait my car was in and sorted without any fuss. Having used these guys previously I knew of their professional service with courtesy. Absolutely outstanding customer service as well from reception who gave my wife a bottle of water from her own personal pack! Others may not think a lot about that, trust me, customer service like that is extremely rare nowadays. Even after sorting my tyre and TPMS, I went back to get the alignment done as I forgot to mention it earlier. All in all an excellent service. Happy new year guys n gals.
