We have recently become home owners in our 20s & have absolute 0 idea what we are doing? but Dean in toolstation took the time to give us some super friendly and helpful tips such as keeping all our screws, products and tricks etc! He also recommended products for us to use and generally took interest and time to help two very confused people! ? Dean was an absolute light and comfort during a very stressful and confusing time! Big thank you to the gang at toolstation! Will be going there every time from now on

I just wanted to give a shout out to Jill at the Newport Toolstation branch. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It's rare to come across such friendly and efficient service ? nothing was too much trouble, and her advice really made the difference. Great customer service like this is what keeps me coming back. Please stop asking for our email addresses with each purchase so you can harvest our data. We also don't need the stern talking to from staff about the risks of just having a paper receipt!

Came to this store as screwfix had awful customer service and I recieved the best customer service from Kath ,she was very helpful in advising me on what I needed and couldn?t do enough for me well done should be proud of your staff

Went in looking for discs for a disc grinder I?d never used. Jill helped me pick the right products with no fuss at all. She was cheerful, kind and helpful AND it was a Saturday. Who likes working Saturdays??? Jill, that?s who.
