Took my car key to get a new case and a battery, which costs 50£. Afterwards I had months of issues with my key. The other day I found out that the man didn't put the correct battery in. He put a smaller one, probably to make more money, which is same diameter but thinner, which I guess didn't make very good contact. Definitely don't recommend!

This franchise is a bit shady. Tried making out a standard Yale key was a specialist security key and tried charging silly money. AVOID

Customer service is beyond outrageous at this branch, they do not deserve any stars. Apparently the repair in the picture is acceptable according to the incredibly RUDE boy working there, who clearly needs to develop his customer service skills, amongst other things. I would avoid this place and go to the one in Newport Retail Park (Spytty), they agreed the repair was poor and the coat had not been sent for cleaning. The gentleman at the Spytty branch also called me to say he had sent it off and would personally call me when it was all done. It is a shame that Albany Road was unable to provide the same service and deal with the issue they had created.

My god Timpsons, where do you get your staff from?Needless to say I won't be going back and I will take my business elsewhere.Such a shame as the last gentleman who worked there was a credit to the company (See previous review).The latest young 'lady' however is not.If rudeness and sarcasm were attributes then she would score a massive 5 out of 5
