Seems a bit overpriced. The guy in the shop said he could do 3 keys for the price of 2 as a deal, but charged 18 pounds for it. Overpriced, it seems.

After being let down elsewhere I came here this morning to get my watches repaired and I'm overjoyed that they're now working again and in good working condition I saw Max who was excellent at giving me a fab price- which I thought was very reasonable offering unbeatable prices for services (I was previously quoted a ridiculous amount almost ripped off at other shops around town where I had taken my items to) so when I was recommended to try timpsons I was not disappointed and came away with the batteries replaced I'm so grateful and happy with the end result I can now wear my watches again thankyou very much for going above and beyond and repairing them for me I'd highly recommend to anyone needing their watches fixed they also do key cutting and shoe repairs with great offers for them too

The store is means to open at 8:30 waiting outside for 20 mins and still no one to be seen. As a big company they should be clear with their opening times. Absolutely ridiculous!

It's a shame they dont do while you wait heel repairs like back in the day. Had a dodgy heel walking around town, so thought I'd pop in and ask. Couldn't help me as too busy chatting amongst themselves.

Took my late mother's watch in for repair took so long asked for it to be returned to me the assistant hung the phone up on me and was really rude when I chased up the return will not use timpsons again
