I was yesterday to buy a present. I choose a perfume amd I kindly asked for a gift wrapping with a teddy.The 2 young ladies looked one to each other,saying yes,of course.one of the misses wraped the gift twice,squizzing it terrible,end at the end I should ask to leave it like that and I ve done it myself at home.She appologised and said she hasn t done it before.I told her that s not a proble,but she could say that is nobodyavailable at that momentand I would understand,instead to loose 25 minutes for this.I am giving this review because last evenning I found out from the site that was the last day of promottion one plus another one at half price for members.I am a member,but the staff did NOT made me aware about promotion.Completlly unprofessional sellers in the shop,not engaging with customers. Me personal,I just don t like it. They don t know to sell you the perfumes.

Served by Lisa when buying Christmas presents at the Newport Spytty store. She was very helpful and threw in some little extras as we spent over £300. Amazing lady couldn't help us enough making sure we got the best deals. Will certainly visit again!!

Michelle was brilliant help today after being charged wrong price and lied to in bridgend so newport michelle helped me with a return i was wrongfully treated in bridgend. Anyhows problem resolved brilliant customer service and management also her partner she works with great people appreciate it will allways visit this store with trust and honestly and allways help you they will so kind .. thanks see you soon. Great shop with lots of deals. Sadly I was sold wrong perfume by assistant but absolutely no trouble getting full refund as manager was there when I purchased. Just wish they had the one I wanted at such a good price

Very helpful ladies in store. They were very patient and let me try numerous scents before I made a decision. Totally professional. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying which I thought was nice...even though I came with the intention of buying a mother's day gift...only negative was they didn't have many gift sets in store...other than that fabulous.
