Returned yesterday 2.12.23 from another wonderful City break booked through The Holiday Shack, we stayed in Barcelona City and it did not disappoint. Last year we travelled to Krakow which was also fabulius. Now looking forward to our next trip booked via The Holiday Shack to Turkey in April, thank you ladies, top communication, professionalism and so helpful xx Thanks Ladies Lynne & John xx

Fair Play to all of the staff , Very friendly and helpful. I booked 2 holidays so far and it was with one of the staff members Grace. Can?t fault how she explained all the available offers , and helped me toChoose my destinations . Will always book with the holiday shack , can?t fault them at all . Thankyou Grace

I have used The Holiday Shack for a few years and have never been disappointed. Claire and Grace have always been welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable with holidays I have been interested in. I feel that I have peace of mind from start to finish because they take care of everything making booking, stress free. I will continue to use this company and have recommended them to so many people and will continue to do so.

Just arrived home from NYC which we booked with Claire. Everything was amazing. Claire was on hand to help with all the necessary documents etc and nothing was too much trouble. An adventure to remember!

Just returned from an AMAZING holiday that was booked through the holiday shack.First time using them and will be using again for future holidays.Service was fab and had regular updates from Clare and Grace regarding our holiday.Nothing was to much trouble for them printed all our documents and kept in touch if there were any changes regarding flight changes, covid passes etc.Thank you Clare and Grace for arranging a fab holiday for us.Look forward to booking another very soon.Kelly roderick and family.

I would highly recommend The Holiday Shack, and will be booking all future holidays with them. The customer service I received from Claire was second to none. She went above and beyond to make sure we did not lose our deposit for our upcoming New York trip that we were unable to go on.
