Love The Entertainer, Newport!
The atmosphere in the shop is wonderful?bright and cheerful.
What I love is the exceptional customer service. The staff members are not only knowledgeable about the products, but they also genuinely care about making sure every child has a delightful experience. They always take the time to engage with my daughter, making her feel special and ensuring she finds the perfect toy.
In addition to the great service, the shop is very well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The prices are reasonable, and they often have fantastic deals and promotions.
Overall, this shop has become our go-to place for toys. My daughter loves visiting, and I appreciate the friendly and inviting environment. I highly recommend this shop to any parent looking for a wonderful toy-buying experience.

My recent store visit was disappointing due to a faulty product. The store manager, however, blamed me and refused a return. This left me frustrated and unheard as a customer. Improvement in customer service is needed.
