Paying for fuel is usually a little slow because the Tesco store is so busy. However, I don't mind the wait as the staff are so friendly.

Shut again!!! Apparently the fridges have broken down again the second time in a few weeks!!Why that means shutting the rest of the shop & forecourt for fuel is bewildering!!!

Would give 0* but it?s not an option? ordering from Tesco whoosh from this place is a nightmare they just throw anything in the bag apart from the stuff you order! Including out of date produce! Worst was sending me sushi that had massive amounts of mould visible on it! Horrendous staff member that sorts the whoosh.. awful

Stuff of nightmares. The staff are always too busy chatting to their mates to handle the ridiculous queue that consumes nearly all of the already limited amount of space. The shop is like an obstacle course all the time with pallets cages and packaging everywhere and the prices are outrageous for a council estate shop. If you need fuel there's a Shell less than 2 miles down the road and if you need shop stuff then there's a much more pleasant Costcutter within a few minutes walk. Basically a it's a chaotic, uncomfortable, anxiety triggering hellhole of a place.

Slow cashiers, usually only one working behind the tills despite long queues. Never any gloves on the pumps, hit and miss as to whether they have fuel on all pumps! Writing this as I wait to fuel up as half the pumps are out of action! Avoid if you can and use Shell or Esso on Chepstow Road.

Visited the store this morning four people in the queue and one staff member serving!
I mentioned that two people serving would be beneficial at that time of day as people needed to get to work only to be told that two staff members were not needed as the queue wasn?t out the door!
The staff member wasn't interested in the fact that people were kept waiting due to ?shoppers? and wasn't prepared to do anything about, not a positive customer experience and after reading other google reviews it appears that other customers have had the same experience relating to queue management!

Fuel reasonably priced and the staff are nice. Also some decent food in the store BUT - THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH PEOPLE ON THE TILL!!!! Staff are stacking shelves,today about 6 at least and just one person on the till. Queue is always large and they never do anything about it. Will get fuel elsewhere if possible. I imagine this is either greedy Tesco policy or the staff just take the easy option
