In the last year I?ve tried to use Evri/Hermes 4 or 5 times, each time it?s ?Out of Service.? Not sure if it?s Tesco or Evri/Hermes fault, either way the other Tesco Express? in Newport are a lot better for Evri/Hermes. Local to me however won?t be using anymore.

Guys, you need to get your chillers fixed. It's been months now and still getting warm beers from the fridge. Staff say it's because they overheat in hot weather so they're not put on. Not good enough. Cold beers in hot weather? Well who wants that? Going elsewhere in future.

I visited today.I found it differcult to walk around due to all the crates dotted about the store.When i payed the person behind the till was not polite.I put the goods in the area. She scanned then told me the cost no please I paid and not thank you from her.She didn't even look at me.More concerned with opening a pack of goods.Tesco please teach you staff manners.Thank you.

Has manned tills and good customer service. Parking not very well laid out and causes conflicting vehicular movements, but to be expected on such a small site. Easier to park on a nearby road and walk a short distance to the store at busy periods. Overall a great local store.

Parking here is a nightmare, its more expensive than a regular tesco, it has a very limited range, I was sold out of date meat here on at least 2 different occasions and its generally visited by some hideous people such as the mother who sat in her Range Rover shouting in at her 5 year old child who subsequently wet himself in the middle of the asiles. No lie

Great store, good range for an Express. Parking can sometimes be a nightmare! More like a Destruction Derby at busy times!
