Classic Tesco Extra. Extremely large selection, large prices, 2nd floor café. Bakery is okay. Staff are neutral. Well stocked. Store is large. Self checkout is slow as always. Online shopping from this store is what you would expect. Large amount of clothes. Fairly sized queue. Large amounts of gift cards. It's a Tesco Extra, okay?

Avoid the cafe at all costs! Way over priced for seriously laughable items, cold milk ice shot of coffee £3.70 please ? childs beans on toast, one peice of heated bread cut into soldiers, and a table spoon of beans, I kid you not...Ridiculous! Service with a smile?? Definitely not, staff who certainly hate their jobs! Will NEVER return, please heed the warning and AVOID!

Very disappointed with my visit. Pathways were obstructed by the staff conversing with one each other in large groups.

The selection of products is great ? from fresh groceries to household items ? and prices are usually very reasonable. I especially appreciate the Tesco Clubcard discounts, which help save money on everyday essentials.

If you buy chicken tikka slices please make sure you check it as it was a bone in mine and almost chocked on it. Reported it but they did not care!

It's a Tesco Extra... Big store with loads of stuff, an overpriced cafe and you need a clubcard to get reasonable prices on some stuff. For some reason Tesco think massively inflating prices on some goods to then offer a massive 'saving' if you have a clubcard is a good idea.
Plenty of parking though and store is well stocked so you know what you're getting at least.

Tesco home delivery service.
Last week I had an incident where one of the lazy drivers couldn't be bothered to bring my shopping though the back gate. He left it on the drive and made me carry it knowing I have mobility and health problems. I cried because I struggled that much and was on bed rest days later.
I had to call to chase up the manager Paul to know what is going on, I have since heard nothing.
Customer service refunded me £1.40 for the delivery which was odd as I paid more for delivery but okay.
Other than this lazy horrid thing, the other delivery drivers have been great. Shame nothing has been done about the had driver that caused me a lot of pain.
