Awful service. Accepted my order on Just Eat then almost immediately rang me to say they didn't have most of the ingredients in and couldn't cancel it, which I needed to be able to afford to ordee elsewhere. The app wouldn't let me cancel my end, rang back and it turned out they'd rung from the courier's phone not the restaurant's (which I also tried and they didn't answer), putting a very confused man in the middle of it as they refused to talk to me or give any indication of what I was supposed to do. Then I got a notification saying my order HAD been cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous, do not order from this place.

Popped in today for a snack with 2 young ladies serving what a contrast to the older ones in the other Subway they were very polite offering to open the door for a lady who had her hands full one made conversation with my wife about her necklace the food was popping hot and delicious definitely different from the other shop by the market unfortunately didn't get the girls names but a big pat on the back to these two they are a credit to Subway and their parents so if the manager reads this pass on our thanks

Hi I was served by a girl who is 18 and works out of the friars walk/ John frost store... she has unhygenic fingernails
Basically I wasn't happy with the service so walked out as she wasn't putting the same amount of cheese on my kids meal (which is all he has) so we asked for double but only got 50 % more (sounds small) but that's 25% less fat and protein and as this is all he has we have always been given 4
When questioned about this we were told we were wrong and we replied that it was fine and we would go to our normal subway and that was it and walked out
As we walked out she told my baby's mother that she was going to call ahead and ensure we didn't get served so I went back and recorded her attitude to put online so subway can see who they hire
"Edit decided against it and just hope the franchise fails t this point... poor training probably"
(Bare in mind her fingernails were over 1.5 inches long... no gloves and she spent most of the time on her phone)
She kept saying she was doing us a favour but I was paying so no favour was being done... we were not happy and we simply wanted to leave and go to the store where we find the service better
(My rights as a consumer... no need for aggressive or petty behaviour)
We did this (she rang the wrong store) and they gave us what we expected
I recorded both interactions.
I don't ever want people to lose their jobs but I am furious that she treat my child
And to anyone who reads this far... just avoid both subways in town as they are run by the same management...

I went in today about 2:25 whoever the girl was behind the counter needs more training on hygiene. Sticking her finger in her mouth whilst taking payment and warming our food up. Was very rude and kept giving me a dirty look, only came in for a kids meal. Manners don?t cost a thing. I can?t remember her name it started with an A. She had long nails and loads of jewlery on and was on her phone a lot too. Not fair she should be paid for doing nothing and being overral a horrid person

Absolutely disgusting food stale and hard bread. I had excitedly ordered a breakwich sub , to find that it costed more than advertised on the window unless I subscribed to services later on and returned. The bread was stale which made the sub rank, the tables were dirty and unkempt so I ordered to take out. I had sent an email three weeks ago about my dissatisfaction and concern from my experience and was ignored. I received an automated email back from them thanking me for my email. I do not thank this dissatisfaction of a service for food that I payed £9 for, a complete waste of money I would rather eat somewhere that wants me to visit. I feel my custom did them a favour for saving them food waste by buying old food. Subway friars walk is not good keep away, there are better places to eat . Stale tough bread, the food here is not fresh.

Bad service. The girl there was a short white female, had nose piercing on both sides, who looked me and my cousin up and down and spoke to us like we were idiots who couldn?t speak english. We?re very clearly brown and Muslim and it just felt racially motivated. The service was so bad, and it?s nothing about the food, she was just rude and doesn?t deserve to be in this kind of setting. Don?t go here if you?re not wanting a rude racist bad mouth who doesn?t know how to talk to customers :)). We were very respectful even said thank you and all she could do is be rude and roll her eyes the whole time, we could?ve been rude back but now i?m just hoping that this review could change something because people like her don?t deserve jobs like this.

Very disappointing visit here. Only one staff member working who was clearly overwhelmed and just disinterested. Most of the tables and stairs were stacked up. There was rubbish all over the floor.My food (a melt) was a nightmare to eat and fell apart completely.I asked for two kids packs but wasn?t given the activity that is supposed to come with it. The kids subs were a joke - one piece of cheese in a plain sub.Won?t be visiting again.
