Dear Game Support,
I visited your Newport store on Monday, 14 April, to return my controller.
Unfortunately, the store is located inside Sports Direct, and the Game store colleague was not available at the time. A Sports Direct employee had to handle my issue instead, and the service I received was honestly horrible ? it was a nightmare experience.
First of all, the employee checked the controller for about 10 seconds and then concluded that the button was working fine. (If I needed a size 8 shoe, I would ask for you ? but I came here for proper tech support, not shoes.)
I originally had a blue Game Store edition controller. Since he couldn?t find the same one in-store, he tried to give me a voucher or a code and told me to go and order one online myself.??Becuase I dont found online my previous one and Also Had know idea how to found this color type. He gave me a light blue color ? completely different from the one I originally had. My previous one looked cool and even made my gaming space feel better. This one, though, honestly looks like the worst toilet seat ever.
When I got home, I noticed the box was already opened. Why was it opened? Did I just receive a used one instead of a new product? This made me even more confused and frustrated.
I come to Game stores for professional service and advice. I even pay extra for warranty coverage. Yet in this case, I received the worst customer service, handled by someone who clearly wasn?t trained in technical support or didn?t care at all.
I really appreciate the actual Game store assistant who usually helps me ? he's professional and always provides the best service. I don?t want to be handled by someone from Sports Direct again, who doesn?t care about the customers.
If needed, increase prices by 5% to pay your staff better, but please ensure customers get the proper service they pay for ? especially those with extended warranty.

Some of the Staff are rude. Paid for a £140 worth of stuff they said it declined I showed them the money had gone out they wouldn't believe not give me proof of aborted transaction. I went to the bank the bank Confirmed they had Infact taken the money and approved the transaction. So I was charged twice for the same. Stuff staff was not helpful at all thankfully the bank reversed the charge. I Do not Reccomend paying on card in this store

Commercial street NewportRude staff, no customer support, no customer service.I bought shoes on Boxing Day. The shoes were not comfy. So I went to return the shoes after one week. When asked to return they refused and there were not enough comfy shoes.There was no single size of mine available as well.If you want to waste your money go to Sports Direct.

I bought a pair of Nike shoes a few days ago because they are very dangerous when exposed to water. I took them to return today and the front desk staff actually said that I have already worn them and cannot return them. I just tried them on and cannot return them. The return service is so rubbish. Don?t expect others to be there in the future. Buy your stuff.

I bought shoes online, but the product is defective. I went to the nearest Sports Direct store in Newport 12 Commercial St on Monday 23/10/2023 at 11.00 a.m. to receive information how to return the goods. I didn't have the boots with me because I haven`t wanted to return them in the store. I just needed information . The lady with the blonde hair informed me that I can to return item in this store. I said that bought it online. The lady confirmed that it`s not a problem. I came back with the shoes 30 minutes later, but then the lady's colleague (red hair) informed me that the boots should be returned online. I didn't get the information I needed and wasted my time. Why do the staff at Sports Direct at Newport 12 Commestial St. make a customers wrong, don't provide professional information and don't introduce themselves. I asked politely employees to introduce themselves but they refused. This is degrading and contemptuous treatment for me.
