I had a great experience dealing with an eye health issue here. The exam was very thorough and detailed, and I really appreciated that a second opinion was offered. All at no extra as via NHS. The advice I received was clear and helpful, and I was reassured that I could return anytime if the issue persisted. Overall, a professional and caring service?I felt well looked after.

I had an extremely thorough and professional optician (Toni) who went the extra mile to perform all the checks to reassure me. This included a scan of the back of my eyes- showing me the pictures and explaining all was well. Very diligent.

My right eye was painful and inflamed and very sore to touch and I could not see out of my eye. I saw Nick at the spytty store and I couldn?t recommend him enough for all his help. I left feeling reassured, cared for, calm and relaxed about my situation. He prescribed me some medication to help with my problem and rebooked me an appointment for another check up to make sure there?s no damage to my eye and that I?m okay. Highly recommend seeing him, he was amazing!

Absolutely useless branch, highly reccomend you avoid these and go to another branch. Only specsavers where glasses take two weeks to be delivered and then on top of that you get a phone call saying you have to wait another 3 days for them.
The nerve to say sorry they're specialist glasses is ridiculous
Please avoid even if it is the only specsavers with a time slot for eye test

Making a convenient appointment was straightforward and the resident
optician dealt with my requirement as requested with my new spectacles delivered and fitted on me as per the arranged date . No problems to date so very pleased with the result.
