We are renting a property through smooth moves, within the years at the property we have encountered some problems. On one occasion the ceiling in the living room came down at three in the morning pouring water and debris all over the walls, our furniture and carpets. Their out of hours number during the Christmas season was unmanned. We tried to get hold of someone for two days before getting hold of the actual landlord. (We had a 3day old baby and a three year old toddler in the house). The landlord has had to deal with most issues himself. The general tone of email conversation is getting downright rude and patronising.

I can?t recommend Smooth Moves enough. We rented the same beautiful home for 7 years and nothing was too much trouble. If we ever needed help with any maintenance it was always dealt with in a timely manner and professionally.The team are friendly and will do their best to find you a lovely home and look after you when you do!
