Went into the Newport store last week, looking to try the arch fit Skechers, checked my receipt and the name of the lady who served me was Lucy, she was so helpful and patient with me, I can be incredibly picky with shoes but she was so accommodating and kind, I really appreciated her amazing service! The service in this shop is exceptional, the sales staff were extremely patient although I could not purchase the items I wanted as they were out of stock in my size, they did manage to find one pair that fitted

We went in here as the Cardiff store was less than helpful.We were served by the amazing Rob and were able to order & buy two pairs of trainers.Rob was very friendly & helpful as was the manager.Definitely going back for my next pair.

Customer service was a little pushy. The server was distracted at first. There seemed to be friends of theirs in the shop as well, so they were chatting to them and not really focused on the customers we left without buying anything.

A good selection of shoes as always. Plenty of space and single use pop sock things for trying on shoes. The staff were really attentive.
