Lady at the counter got cross that we need to use the toilets and threatened to lock us in. Daughter had to poo in the car park on her 8th birthday after several hours driving.

The lady in here has put up a sign to say the toilets are out of order, but when asked if there were toilets we could walk to by my husband she relented and said is because she didn?t want taxi drivers to use them. When me my mum and child went in after my husband came out she snapped ?you have 30 seconds and then I?m locking them!? So we rushed like mad thinking she was about to lock up and go home, but it wasn?t in fact she didn?t want anyone to use them at all and was still working after we left and were waiting for our car to charge. We are very unhappy with this hostile service and will never use a shell garage to charge our car again.

I'm customer with shell for 20 years I'm taxi driver parked my car to drop customer to the shop and got parking ticket
How can you give ticket for a taxi driver dropping customer to your shop!?
I have spent 10s of thousands on fuel with shell?

Great for charging your vehicle fast charging and fuel available. Toilets are clean ? Costa coffee ?? sweets and snacks ?

The cleanest service station and with the cleanest toilets I've used in months . Staff who know how to wear a uniform, which is clean and ironed. This team clearly take a real pride in all that they do. ( HGV driver who travels 1500 to 2000 miles a week)

Would not dispense fuel with the entire chin/face section of my motorcycle helmet lifted. Went to the one down the road instead.

Been always there for a costa coffee and fuel , always had pleasant experience with the staff.But this person called REHMA made a worst start of the day for me. Such a bossy lady behind the till??. Such a disgraceful service never going there again
