Pretty atrocious service. Paid extra for delivery, said it was out for delivery, then said they couldn?t deliver it. Tried ringing the branch but their phone doesn?t work. How convenient?

Multiple times when we have deliveries with them they "just missed us" despite me working from home and also my wife playing with my daughter outside when they supposedly came. Absolute disgrace - but they don't care.

Royal scam ! Need to shut down this company, not fit to compete with modern day delivery services like Evri, DPD etc. Delivery guys try their best that the receiver does not get the parcel so make you waste a few hours to come to their centre. Online service to re-arrange delivery is a hoax, too. Why does every courier manage to deliver successfully except royal mail?

Just the worst. What a joke. Don?t even deserve one star.Why lie & say you?ve attempted to deliver a parcel, but you?ve been nowhere near my front door? It?s not the first time either? seems to be a common occurrence.You?re pathetic, untrustworthy & should be stripped of the ?Royal? title & replace it with ?Cowboy?.

Always post parcels through the wrong letter boxes leaving neighbours every week to drop off parcels to each others house. The postys in Newport definitely need to be checked for their eye sight & reading skills.

disgusted ordered sealed air mail lite gold envelopes from there shop on the 04/04/2022 and its now 23/04/2022 and not received them and when i ring to see where they are they hang up on me and dont help me at all they say we are looking in to it and we will get back to you next day not heard any thing DO NOT BUY FROM THERE WEBSITE AS ITS FROM A 3RD PARTY IF I KNEW THAT AT THE BEGINING I WOULD OF GONE ELSE WHERE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET REFUND AND NO ONE WANTS TO HELP ME SO NOW ITS LEFT ME NO CHOICE TO GO TO MY BANK AND REPORT AS THEFT AND GO TO TRADING STANDARDS AS THIS IS NOT ON WORST PLACE TO BUY ANY THING AND YOU ARE TALK TO A BRICK WALL.

Had Sunday dinners from there today and was very impressed. Plenty of food, tasty and home made, gorgeous roasties, the beef I had was tasty, tender and plentiful. We also had chocolate cupcakes with proper buttercream - gorgeous! I have one teeny, weeny complaint - there was not enough of the delicious gravy for me, I like my dinner swimming in gravy
