A couple of days ago, I accidentally locked both of my keys inside my property and found myself stuck outside. I contacted Redkey, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly they responded.
A lovely lady from the Newport branch came to help me, and her kindness and efficiency made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly didn?t expect such a fast and helpful reaction ? it really meant a lot.

Would recommend Jackie and her team highly to anyone! We spent nearly 4 years in our lovely flat and were more than happy with the friendly and helpful team. Amazing service. This was our first property so they made us feel like we could ask any questions no judgement. They are really helpful and support you all the way through. Red key are also partnered with justmovein so their service for utilities change over/ start up was completely free. Moving in was a breeze with there help. Genuinely can't recommend them enough.
