Members of the team here were a great help when I was trying to arrange my collection of a watch and additional links. The customer service was top tier and they were extremely courteous. Rob in particular went above and beyond to arrange deliveries and chase up times and details on when my purchase would arrive during what is probably the busiest period of there trading during the Christmas/ New year trading period.
