Went to buy packs of ladies casual soft socks (purchased before Xmas) but more stock not available.Looked around in shop, lots of different items sold here @ lower than supermarket/high street prices

SHAMEFUL. The staff here need urgent training in customer services. Poor communication as if they're off MH medication. I saw them fighting with an ethnic minority lady who was just trying to exchange an item. AVOID THIS STORE

I have very bad experience there.They don't have respect for customers. They treat them very rudely. I feel so bad and feel I waste my 200 pounds on this so cold poundland shop.

Poundland? I think you need to change your name? As maybe a few items are a pound, everything that used to be a bargain is now very very expensive! Rip off Britain. Used to be a good place to shop but up there with tescos now !

Reasonable price from other store. You can buy household things and food, clothes, pet food within a cheap price and products quality is also good

Popped in to get a few bits it was absolutely horrendous I thought that that I was going to faint the heat was outrageous how hot in was whilst attempting to shop arpumd i felt sorry for the staff working in the conditions they were in i must say defo a health issue very concerning also hardly no stock on this occassion hated to be a shopper glad to exit...
